What a blessed Sunday morning <3. :) Attended Emmanuel Baptist once again. The sermon preached was amazing. It showed such a wonderful examination on the principles of conversion and the role man plays within. A clear distinction was made from the act of regeneration that is accomplished solely by the Holy Spirit and conversion which entails action that proceeds from man, the act of repentance, a turning to God from sin in faith. Regeneration brings about these abilities (faith and repentance) that are made manifest from a truly converted soul. 1 Thessalonians 1:9-10.
9For they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how YE TURNED TO GOD FROM IDOLS TO SERVE THE LIVING AND TRUE GOD;
